Sounds like you don't have the 3D Vision drivers installed - if you did, there would be an option for stereo 3D in the control panel. Make sure you have a 3d vision emitter plugged into your system (or one is integrated in your display) and download the latest drivers from NVIDIA.com.

I can not see 3d due to error displaying stereo image: NVIDIA stereo not enabled/available on system. I can not enable NVIDIA stereo in control panel as there is no option for that.
