The Hand of God!
It looks like God is using red nail varnish . What are you trying to tell us?
Great idea.
@jeffus: Hi, it's a silk flower. The original colour red and orange has been removed to give the old retro appearance. Thanks for your feedback, much appreciated.
Hi Stuart, flower power is some kind of extreme this spring, but high quality and nice work here, this is valid for all your gallery.
@LudvikXIV: Hi my friend. True, green screen will leave a trace, I could have used PSD but decided as it was a surreal picture to leave it as it was.
Hi Stuart, very nice idea, just my 5 cents or one dollar, green screen removal is not easy discipline , sometimes it leaves some green stuff in photo and the most dangerous are semitransparent areas.
@Stuart: in this case would be very interesting subject of something new......also glad to hear from you!
@LudvikXIV: Hi Ludvik, this is the last one in the series, trying something new next time. Nice to hear from you. Stuart.
More and more time with flowers Stuart, I guess...but you got right technology, well done!
I learn so much for viewing the images in this site. Thanks for explaining your process as it helps me a lot. I am very interested in macro shooting and photograph every electronic item I get in 3d using L/R. As yet I have not found a process which is able to produce constant and similar results each time. Ive put 3d shooting on pause for the last year or so but I am looking at picking up this art again.
I love providing feedback, I hope to finish viewing the rest of your gallery today. Love the popout that flower shots provide.
@cravinmild: Hi, thanks for the feedback. I do have a Fuji W3 but this was taken with the very first Sony Cyber shot camera DSC F707. The daffodil was placed against a blue screen, the camera was set on a 3 burst capture while moving the camera from left to right and the first and last frame were used to give the stereoscopic effect. The blue screen was removed via chroma key. Again thanks for the feedback, I appreciate it!
Ahhh, I see you have been using some post processing here. Love it
wonderful and well done image. Love the shade of yellow and very pleasant pop out. How were you able to create such a nice image with the w3? I have gone back to shooting L/R images on a single lens DSLR as I prefer it to the Fuji w3.
@LudvikXIV: You know Ludvik, I would love to, but I'm terrified of water. nice to hear from you, thanks!
so well tuned series, I dont need real flowers (but my girlfriend will not share this with me...)
This has to be one of your best pictures. The quality, 3D and content capture the whole essence of the photo's title!
@gwar195: Hi Scott, nice to hear from you. Thanks for the great feedback
Great work really This is the 3d work everybody should be working towards. I don't like flowers and stuff as pictures but this got my attention is that good.
Ventura: Many thanks for your vote. To help me improve on any further postings I would be grateful if you would share your reasons for giving the image a poor rating?
@LudvikXIV: Your right Ludvik, flash was used here, next time will try for softer daylight!
Hi Stuart, my 5 cents here is about light, seems like hard flash light used here?
@alex: Hi Alex, always great to get your feedback. Thanks!
@Dianne: Hi, thanks for your very nice comment. Footnote: For the attention of the anonymous voter(s) thanks for your vote but it would be nice to know the reason for your rating and the ability to see your postings as I'm sure would all other members.
Very nice, like the abstraction, you know it is similar to creatures in movie http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kooky, done by Jan Sverak. See Vidlicka and Pytlik Zapik..
World of the creatures , very poetic, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ePelcaQOEaE
