two thumbs up!!!
Guess no flash here, Conan, right? One of the best Czech photographers said : The best illumination provides only God... ( sometimes with our small help...).
Hi Ludvik! your recent pics are great!! I've just been playing around with a couple of flashes on these ones popping using a pocketwizard on 1/3 second exposure. A little bit blurry but fun anyway!! Glad you like them will be more to come for sure :)
Hi Conan, glad to hear from you again. W3 is nice toy, when enough light is there. Nice coloured shadow, interesting!
not sure which of these three shots i like the most as all are very well done. I like way the green suit and matching helmet contrast with the white wall behind her, everything pops the way you set this up.
Off topic: FEED THAT POOR GIRL, if she turned sideways she would disapear compeltely...... I kid you, she is beautiful for sure and well toned.
I like green. Must be hard to capture in the dark, its never worked well for me. There are many shots i have overlooked or written off because of that stupid swap button, glad i clicked it here.
I think i commented on this shot before but just going back thought the pages and remembered how much i liked it. I want to dig my fingers into that sand.
thanks!!! I'm stoked the comp is now available to all us criminals downunder ;)
Yowza. Stunning model (obviously) - but superb lighting and great detail/DOF. Awesome submission for the March Photo Contest - the competition is on!
interesting use of ghosting effect of 3d. I know it's hard to work with at times. But you turned it into something interesting other then trying to get rid of it with editing.
Love the fading moments in time, interesting and new. Very well done btw. Ive seen many posters who have not been so succesfull in their attempts to alter the photo. You have done well with yours. Model is beautiful as aways, great pose. So many great shots by you. Yours and a few others uploads here are what keep me coming back. I wish i had the knowlege you guys had for shooting like this, there is much i see that i am unable to capture to share with others. Thanks for these uploads, I love hanging out with a beautiful model on a sandy deserted beach WOOT
I sure hope that you pay your model well, she is a trooper. She looks as though she would walk on burning coals for you. Once again you have produced an amazing scene. Few things i really love is the way her hand is pressed into the sand, its like i could feel that sand myself. The depth if the water flowing back out to sea, hardly covering the sand and the crashing waves in the distance. You have filled the scene from front to back beautifuly. Some thing to look at at each depth. Crystal clear also. The shadows imo give it a look of reality, not a mocked up photoshoot, the way they cast back onto herself is surreal. The shadows really show off her beautiful body, erotic but not ...... perverse. I could go on but there is too many things i like about this shot and this is just a comment section.
One more thing, love the way you have captured here hair, like black fire and fully focused....amazing. Ok thats it, great shot and keep em coming.
Very cool image Conan -- like the entire set you uploaded quite a bit actually. Thanks for enduring the bugs/rotting animals to bring these to us!
Hi, just looked over and I guess main points eye - hand on diagonal makes it!
ok, thats it, all fixed. The new background did wonders for this shot. how long did it take to glue all those balls to her head, you model must really like you to let you do that, few lights and youve got a christmas tree. Not mocking, i really like the shot and congrats to the model for going the extra mile on this one.
I like the shadow on the wall behind, it works well, not distracting for me at all. The bubbles work well with the flat wall, love the purple btw. Model is wonderful.....again, as always. I love all the pics in this set and i had a hard time picking one to comment on. Super shot
@conanwhitehouse: sorry to post 3 times from my IPad..so easy with touch....Seems suggestions with background on style helped to reach gold...right?
@3dacademy: I promise you flat 'lighting' on the next pics!!! I might do 3 to account for all 3 of your comments ;) I don't think I'd make it very far at your academy...
Again, lightiningsetup. Produces shadow, which is confusing and destroys scene integrity.

A new psu has caused havok with my computer. I can not view 3d images over the internet right now... must frustrating to say the least. Thank you for reposting this image though, when i get this sorted out i will most certainly reply to your reposting. I see many new pics uploaded from you and i am very eager to see them.
@cravinmild - I just tried a new version with a background texture inserted. Check it out and see how it looks!!
It can cost a fortune!! But in my case I managed to pick up a second secondhand camera cheap to match with one I already had. The real money comes when you start doubling up on lenses. BUT you don't necessarily need two cameras to shoot 3d. If you have a fairly static scene and a steady hand you can use one camera in sports mode or motor drive and get two frames by moving the camera side to side. Alot of compacts these days have a decent sports mode that will shoot up to 14 frames in a second. This is known as "cha-cha" because of the side to side motion of your body / the camera when taking the shot ;) Try it and see how it goes!!
canon twin dslr's on either z bracket or side by side?
How much did that cost?
Too bad on this one, love her head but the white does not work as a background as mentioned. Could it be changed to another color and reuploaded (is reuploaded a new word....looks funny when written)
I think you're right the white background doesn't do too many favours in 3d pics.
Interesting...dark background and light coming thru umbrella and girl would be nice option...
Oh, so I don't have to get cleaned up for another 0.0083 seconds? That's a relief.
@lodovico Thanks!! very difficult in this location to set up elaborate lighting due to high wind gusts, uneven surfaces and a surging ocean being right behind her. Sometimes a sacrifice on lighting has to be made to shoot in a certain location.
