Imagine backpacking along this remote alpine path in an atmosphere of complete stillness and silence. Can you smell the cool freshness as the melting snow infuses with alpine herbs? This remote pass in Jasper Park frequently sees the passage of woodland caribou, wolves, bears, and cougars. We moved through their territory with quiet respect and awe.
